How to automatically attach files on an autoreply

I am new to Lotus programming and have no experience at all!

Can anyone help me to work out how to automatically attach three files to an autoreply note that I send out when I get a request for updated data?

I can work out the autoreply bit but the file attachments have me stuck!

Subject: How to automatically attach files on an autoreply

You need the EmbedObject method of the NotesRichText object:

Set notesEmbeddedObject = notesRichTextItem.EmbedObject( type%, class$, source$, [ name$ ] )

Where type% = EMBED_ATTACHMENT (1454), the second parameter is an empty string and the third parameter is the full file path.
