Hello all:I need to add my self as an administrator in the acl of all mail boxes but I get an error you are not authorized to perform that operation ,I added my self in the server security document as a full access administrator but nothing has changed
do I have to do an agent or is there an easier and quicker way to achieve this

The entry in the server document is not enough, you must activate it from the admin client:menu “Administration” → “Full Acess Administration”
It is activated for the current session only.

You have to do this in the in the ACL of the default template before creating a mailfileentry must be in this data format, e.g.: [Admins] with manager-access. very important are the squared brackets. This will create the default entry in each new created mailfile
For your existing mailfiles try the small appl. “AdminACL” from Sandbox.
