Does anyone know how we can append a corporate text signature to all e-mail messages, including replies and replies with history?
I tried the easy way of makeing the defaulr for the body field in the the three forms contain the signature, but in the reply with history, it tacks the history on BEFORE the signature, so the signature ends up at the very bottom instead of after the reply portion.
Also, it would be preferable if the Notes user could not erase or change the signature, which can be done if it’s simply in the body field.
I did a search on “corporate signature” and “e-mail signature” in this forum but didn’t find anything relevant.

Check the R6 Administrator for the subject ‘Adding a disclaimer to outgoing messages’, or search for disclaimer. It explains how to modify the template to include your disclaimer.
What I would recommend is to then create a custom copy of the mail template and use that as the mail template for your users. What would happen at the time of upgrade is that the existing template would be replaced with the standard Lotus template.
The Administrator Help entry that you mention refers specifically to iNotes Web Access (whatever that’s called this week!) Did you get this technique working with “standard” Notes too?

The Dom6 Admin guide is outdated as far as the Disclaimer feature goes.
The documentation should specify that the mail server’s CONFIGURATION document needs to be changed (Domino Web Access tab, bottom of page for Disclaimers).
