The integration of contacts from Verse to Android is non-standard and has a number of limitations. Now I will describe one limitation that has only a difficult work around. Verse contacts don't have a star in the details screen, so they can't be favorited to appear at the top of the contact list in the Phone and Contacts apps.
Work around is only possible if there is no favorite contact. Then the action for adding favorites will be displayed in the list of contacts, in which more contacts can be selected. Then your favorite contacts will appear in the place of this action. Further adding or removing is no longer possible, because there is no such option in the detailed story from Verse.
I'm using a Samsung A52 with android 13, One UI 5.1 and the Phone and Contacts apps from Samsung.
Can favorite contacts be maintained better than by turning off export in Verse settings, turning export on again, and re-adding all favorites at once?
Does it work better with Google's Contacts app?
