How to access to encrypted field from agent with Notes formula

I am developing an application which encrypts a field with secret key and writing up an agent in Notes formula to check the content of the encrypted field to do a mass update. I am using the ID with secret key but it return null when I tried to access to the field from an agent. Is it possible to decrypted the information in Notes formula?

Please help.

I don’t think so. You would need to get the document in Lotus Script, turn off the encryption, make your changes, then re-encrypt the document.

Don’t think formula language has those capabilities.
