Hello!
I am not very well versed in programming but I do have some ample experiences in creating Lotus scripts with Notes db designing.
My question is: I have an existing Notes database that I want to transfer into a non-domino server. How will I be able to access that database in web assuming I also dont have a Notes client installed in my PC? Or, is it possible?

Thanks Evan for your response.
Let’s say I want to create my own website and I want to use Domino designer because I am more familiar with it aside from being user friendly and has lots of better capability especially Workflows.
I dont have a Domino server but I want to run my Notes db on this non-Domino server.
- I hope you dont mind me asking but where can I get the Notes API you are talking about?

Sorry - I don;t think you can do that. Domino is the only server program that can “read” a Notes database and serve it up as a web page.
You should look into other types of web creation tools if you are not going to use Domino.

My apologies for the confusion. Yes, Graham is correct.
Subject: Why a Non-Domino Server?
Unless that Web Server somehow has Notes APIs with which it can access the Notes Database, I ask why a Non-Domino Server?
