How much time it take "API Key Approval" ? For me its showing approval pending since yesterday

Hi @Lili Svlt​ - API Key requests are managed within 24 hrs during normal office hours.

Hi Team, Mine API Key request is rejected with reason "Your email is not valid; You are not authorized". Can you please help with other ways to get the API key? Thanks you

Hi @Lili Svlt​ - you need to supply your business email address to get an API Key. You can update your Base Camp registration details including email, first name, last name, company name and country by logging into Base Camp and clicking your profile picture > My Profile > Edit

Once you've updated your profile, simply re-request a key.

If i update business email, will account id is going to change?

What will happen to apps published before?

Also I am having API for business email address but issue I am facing while publishing app as below (You do not have access to any of the quantum fabric runtime env in this account.Please contact admin .......);

Sent email for access waiting for reply.

The account ID will not change. Go ahead and update your business email. Your published apps will also stay with your account.

Hi @Adwivn Russell​ and @Ben Davolls​ I tried to update under My profile with business email (able to see saved successfully message) but after some time again its back to personal email id.

Now again API key request rejected :(
