How do you view Korean characters in e-mails in 6.0.3 and XP?

Hi everyone,

We have a user here who is running Windows XP, Notes 6.0.3, and has the Windows Asian language packs installed. However, when someone sends her an e-mail with Korean characters in it, she cannot see them. She only sees blocks where the characters should be.

We have another user running Win XP, Notes 6.0.3, and no language packs installed. She, however, is able to see these characters in e-mails.

Both users have Content Language in User Preferences/International set to both English and Korean.

Is there a fix for this? FYI, I am running Windows XP, no language packs, and Notes 6.5.2, and I cannot see these characters in e-mails.
