I understand the method with which the “Recent Contacts” feature can be disabled in the Lotus Notes client.
However, our users are mobile and only use iNotes.
When they are directed to their “Preferences”, they observe the ability to “disable type-ahead for all name fields”, and this greys out the “Recent Contacts” names.
However, as I understand it, that disables type-ahead entirely. That means that the names from their own contacts do not appear in a type-ahead fashion either.
Is there a way with which we can disable the “Recent Contacts” feature without disabling type-ahead in iNotes?
Cheers!
T.
