How can a user open another users Calendar in iNotes?
Also If they were on two different iNotes servers and address books i assume that they will have to have an entry added into each others address books. Is this correct?

You can either link directly to it:
http://server.com/mail/filename.nsf/iNotes/Calendar/
Or you could add the users to your group calendar and be able to expand their name to see their appointments.

If you were an Admin Assistant and needed to PUT entries on their calendar… would that process work? So far I have not been able to make that work without the Admin Asst having to enter the Managers username and password to access it. - Not acceptable.

If you open the calendar directly using my first method you should be able to create any calendar entries (as long as proper authority has been given in Tools > Preferences).
