How do you disable all links to Sametime Meeting (Rich Client and Webchat)

The customer uses a paid plan for WebEx and only the chat function of sametime. How can we hide all links to "Sametime Meetings" as well in web chat:

In Policy - set both "Allow Sametime Meetings" and "Allow meeting links feature from chat clients" to disabled.
