By mistake I set a user’s password quality scale to be more complex than necessary. How can I change it once she is already registered?Many thanks for your help.

Hi, sorry to be dim, but when I recertify the user it does not give me any opportunity to change the password quality scale - I am using the CA process for re-certifying.

Subject: Custom Password Policies
Create a security policy for that person that enables custom password policies and sets your preferred password requirements. That policy will be automatically downloaded into the client and will over-ride the value with which the user was registered.
