How do I allow users to print from a mailbox but not allow them to setup archiving?
If I give them Editor access to a shared mailbox but not Replicate or Copy Documents they cannot print or set up archiving.
If I do select Replicate or Copy Documents they can both setup archiving and print.
Any ideas - thanks for any help.

For the first Q - you can set up a policy document and assign it to everyone - just a few folks.
ACL for question two - just a check box.
Question 3 - policy document for archiving. YOu could even include the ECL functionality as well.
