How do I open another person's mail in Lotus Notes 8.5

Hi,

How do I open another person’s mail from Lotus Notes Client 8.5.1?? In the previous version (6) there was a drop down box next to your name which allowed you to open another persons mail, but I cannot find this option in 8.5.1.

Please help.

Hi

You need to check in the preferences for this and the ‘Access and Delegation’ tab under the ‘Mail’ menu item.

You will first need the user to give you access and then you can use the ‘Add shortcuts to mail’ tab to make them appear on your own mailfile.
