How do I Decommission a clustered Server

We have 23 Servers that I am about to reduce to 10.

They are all in clustered pairs (2 way)balanced with @100 users on each server. We are simply going to get rid of the clusters and go back to single mail servers.

How do I go about this as …

  • Mailfile would need to be moved

  • NAB entry for HOME Mail server changed

  • PNAB and Notes.ini changed on Client

etc etc

Has enybody done this and how ?

You can move mails easily with Administration tool Move to Another Server. You’ll find it under People & Groups tab. It will also change NAB entries. Search support for “move mailfile” to find more info.
