How could I disable the rules on all mail databases?

Hello:

I have several mail databases that have forward rules to personal mail on internet. I can’t use the option in the configuration server that say “user rules mail forwarding”, because is very strong.

Please, someone to know or have one agent that check the database and disable the rules?
