How can i update person information?

Hi all,

If i need that my users, can update by example Work/Home information… how can i do it? not through domino administrator maybe a form, or how can i do it?

can somebody share it?

If you keep the default access of Author in your directory then your users will be able to update their own work/home information only. There are author fields on the form that control access to just certain area (work/home for example)…they will not be able to change anything other than those fields plus their http password field.

Hi Hilda,

The users don’t need an administrator to be able to open their person documents.

They just need to open the Domino Directory (filename NAMES.NSF on the root directory of their home server), then look after their name and edit the document.

If the system is configured in a default manner, they will be able to edit those fields.
