How can i get all my mail from iNotes6 using Outlook

can anyone tell me how can i get all my mail from server using Outlook?it seems i can only get new mail from the server,can not get old mail(which i have read before using iNotes) from server.i have load pop3 and smtp on my domino6. thanks a lot!

first you unread your all mails. then send one mail to your mail box and then click send/Recv button. then your old mails will come to your outlooK
