How can i download Lotus Notes 8.5

hi , i’m using ibm lotus notes 8.02 and i want to upgrade to 8.5 release so i went to ibm download page to download lotus notes 8.5 release but i got error like this

yes, i’ve tried to download Lotus Domino 8.5 via passport advantage site already and i got same error message (message code: 53e).

i went to passport advantage site(Hybrid cloud software for a smarter business | IBM) →

trials and demos , i selected product which i want (Lotus Domino 8.5) → went to Lotus Domino ->Local install using Download Director or HTTP->select product with my platform ->give detail about my information to download → i get error and cannot download .

can anybody tell me ? what did i do something wrong ?

What is the error you are receiving? Passport Advantage has both e-mail and phone support, too.

The message you quoted seems to be suggesting that you may be in a restricted-export, geographic location. What country are you in?

Subject: Software maintenance

Are you in order with maintenance of your domino licences ? In this case, when you download the official product (not beta version), all will be ok. I’m in Belgium and it work fine.
