How can i do with using roles ...the people want to see the document that the admin create for you

difficult to explain that ,

I have got an application trip reservation

1>the people just see their own documents reservations theur are created, ok it’s work

2>the admistrator ( me) of the database see all the documents of all people created ( normal ) in selected view.

3> now i want that if the admin create reservation for one person name DURAND , this person can see this reservation created by the admin id … How can i do that ?

Sounds like you may be using Readers fields, where the Readers field gets the name of the person creating the document. this is usually multivalue, computed when composed and set to (for example):

@username:“LocalDomainServers”

If you have a field on the document where the name of the person the reservation is for, you could add a second hidden readers field (computed) that computes the canonical name of the person e.g.

@name([canonicalize];ReservedBy +“/MyOrg”)

You MUST use the canonical name or the readers fields won’t work properly.

If they need to edit the reservation and they are authors in the ACL and you have an authors field you will need to allow for that in a similar way or they won’t be able to edit their reservation.

Adding to an otherwise excellent answer …

The value of the readername field should contain something like:

@username : “LocalDomainServers” : “[Role1]” : “[Role2]”

Subject: RE: YES – USE ROLES – how can i do with using roles …the people want to see the document that the admin create for you

more …

Traveler := “Bob Durand/myorg”;

Traveler : @username : “LocalDomainServers” : “[Role1]” : “[Role2]”
