When I follow the steps 1-5 in the process of creating a new contact for the HCL support, I can't see the "Contact" menu and the "Service" menu !
See the containt of attached files (the recommanded way and what I get in my situation)
So what can I do in my case ? Help me please

Hi JB. I understand the use case and the root cause. I just worked with our backend team to resolve, so please check by logging out and logging back into the support portal to confirm if you can now see the Contacts link and list.

Hello,
only Users with the Customer Admin role can create and update customer contacts; assign roles to contacts; and enable or disable contact logins from the customer portal.
