How can I create a View based on values selected via a form?

I haven’t programmed in Notes for years so forgive me. Way back in V3 we were able to create a “customizable view” that allowed a Notes database user to choose which columns displayed in a view. The database was built on a template that contained a view called customized view and a form selection criteria. The user would check off the fields they wanted to appear & “customized” the view for all other users of that database.

Can this be done in V6?

This may not be exactly what you’re looking for, but Notes 6 has a cool feature in a view’s View menu: Customize This View. This won’t change the view for all users, but it will do so for that individual user.
