Hide-when help needed

I have a line of text and a RichText field below that contains the link to another document. In the Hide-when formula I have the following:

current_user = @Name([CN]; @UserName);

request_user = @Name([CN]; UserDrp);

!(Status = “Claimed” & (Status = “Completed” & current_User = request_user))

That formula works for the text, but doesn’t for the field with the link. The link is visible even when the text above it is hidden. Does anybody know why?

Subject: Hide-when help needed

RichText fields have a hidewhen associated with each paragraph. Setting a Hidewhen against the field itself will not set each paragraph you have to do that individually.

You might try using a computed subform to remove the richtext when you don’t want to show it, but be careful as Lotus has some issues with richtext on subforms.
