How can I hide a view column when the view is printed? I need to be able to see the column in the view I just do not want it to show up when printed.
On forms this is easy - just place a checkmark on the hide/when tab next to Printed. On views you only have the option to hide completely or based upon a formula.
If there were some @function like @IsDocBeingPrinted then this would be really easy, unfortunately there is not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - a user requested this and, although I had never done it, I said “sure, that would be easy to do” thinking there would be a hide/when print option.
I really don’t want to eat crow so please help!!!
