Our Human Resources department would like to hide a folder that resides in the Public community. This folder contains out of date (archived) documents. They want to retain the files but no longer want everyone in the company to be able to see the files. As I mentioned, this is a Public community. Other than deleting the folder or creating a separate Community for HR Archive Documents, which they do not want to do, is there a way to keep this folder from Public view? The only people that should be able to see the contents should be the HR personnel.
Only knows about readers and editors. Even when I use a personal folder and share it with a Community, it always allows all members the configured access (read, edit, own). No way to hide this folder in a public community.
