Help with kony.push.register failure on Android - I am getting the error message "Google C2DM Service not available"

When I call kony.push.register on Android it is failing inconsistently. When it does not work I only get the error message {"errormessage":"Google C2DM Service not available","errorcode":{}}.

My app does not use GD2M and is properly configured with Firebase. Can anyone provide more insight? I have run out of ideas for how to debug this further.

I am using Visualizer 7.3

Hello, you verified the firebase key is well written respecting capital letters

You must verify the following in the configuration of the Kony Visualizer in the project properties in the android section in the part of Push verify that this in GCM by default says none, atachas example

I forgot to tell you to verify, in the Kony fabric in the "service configuration" in the tab "Engagement" that this is the key of Firebase in the android part

Yes I have verified these things. Like I said this is inconsistent, so it notifications do register successfully sometimes

you have verified the connectivity since you say that sometimes if the push is registered
