Ok, I set all the default fonts to Arial and when I receive new mail, it doease show the fonts being as Arial, but when I Reply or Send a New Memo, it automatically goes to Times New Roman. How can I solve this issue please?

An enhancement request exists for this under SPR#: SWYO55L5V, so the functionality is not yet available. However, you can customize your template to accomplish this. Open the template in Designer and go to ‘forms’ in the navigation pane. Double-click on the *Memo form. Scroll all the way down in the top pane until you see the Body field (not the wBody field). Right-click on the Body field and select ‘field properties’. Make your font settings here. Do the same for the reply and reply w/ history forms, or the change will only take effect for new memos and forwards ;).
