We have upgraded from 701 to 702FP1
Now some code that used…
Dim srcCon As New LCConnection (“sybase”)
…does not work!
This is in an agent that is called via RunOnServer, so I have been checking the ODBC Sources on the server.
There is not a system DSN called sybase, so I think this code creates its own. The error occurs on this line, before adding the connection details as follows.
srcCon.Server = “…”
srcCon.Database = “…”
srcCon.Userid = “…”
srcCon.Password = “…”

I created a system DSN with name “sybase”, but this made no difference.
Unfortunately, the person who designed the code is not with us. Has the upgrade possibly removed some notes.ini settings ?
