In the Activity Analysis DB, I have a view to list all the agents and their runtime. There’s this one agent with runtime of 8,639,980ms so that would be around 144 mins. This is just for one day, the rest of the days it runs for less than 15 mins.
I have set the Web Agent to 45secs and the Scheduled Agent Timeout to 10 mins in my server.
So my question is, where did the Activity Analysis DB come up with this runtime value or how does it compute for this value? Any ideas?
