Help desk ver.1.1.5a

Hi to all of you,

we are a small company that uses Help desk ver.1.1.5a an open

source application from Mr. Ulrich Krause.

We have used it so far only internaly, now we have some employees that work in different cities and they should be able to access our helpdesk to!

I want to know is the application web-ready, how much code must be changed?
