I’m having an issue with changing the web password for users on a secondary domino directory. Setup:
I have a domino server that has 2 domino address books on it, 1 for our primary directory (names.nsf) and one for a web application (webApp.nsf). Directory assistance is setup and working, as well as the domino web server config db.
You can sign into the server via the web using a username/pwd from either directory. Users for the web application are setup to have their password expire every 90 days.
They are presented with a change password box, but after filling it out, their password never changes.
ISSUE:
In the Administration Request database, the CHANGE HTTP PASSWORD request fails, as it searches NAMES.NSF for the user and does not find it. The user is listed in WEBAPP.NSF.
How do I get the change web password function to change the users password in a directory other then names.nsf?
