I hoooope someone can give me one answer.
If you specify that someone can ‘Read any Calendar Entry or To Do’ OR 'Read, he will only see the private entries with the time and subject Private (In Calender view).
I wan’t to get the persones schedule information from other persons calendar where i have public access. I will get this information by scripting. So, open the view go to first entry thats match a key and then read the coloums values.
Fine, but not if a calendar entrie is marked private (i know: @PublicAccess = NO). Then you can’t get the Mark private entrie ( i only wan’t the time). But how does Lotus Notes do this. When you change the ($Calendar) view to Standardview , people with public access don’t see the private entrie only if the view set to Calendar Outline. has someone a solution for this.
