I have the version 6.5 on the server, Some clients have version 6, others 5. Before i’ve installed the version 6.5 my rules and my agent work fine, now the agents sometimes work too much slow or they don’t work at all. The old rules work but the new rules don’t work at all. Any suggestion??? I must do some rules to prevent silly spamming.

davide,I have no suggestions - I have the same problem. New rules sometimes work but not always. Today I made a rule, but after 1 hur stopped working. More, if I delete a new rule, it still works!
(Rules was like: “IF BODY DOESN’T CONTAIN myname SEND TO SPAM”. To solve this, I deleted the folder to which it sends spam.
Our Help deks “knows” a solution: delte ALL rules and try to create new ones - but I do not want to loose old rules of ver 5 that work.
Is there a way to save them somewhere?
Do you maybe know source of some useful “non-advertising” info on this kind of problems?
