I am trying to login to my SafeLinx Admin client and I am seeing this issue and it won't login. I have checked the server logs and can see no issues. I am using MySQL on Linux and the SafeLinx server on the same box. I have tried using another machine but same issue so i don't think its the admin client install.

If you are using a language other than English, ensure that the Unicode Transformation Format-8 (UTF-8) support is installed on the operating system of the SafeLinx Server workstation.

No this is a standard English version of the client and the OS. It actually used to work until I upgraded it to the latest version.

All the admin related logs goes to /var/adm/wgmgrd.log file. Can you please check the wgmgrd.log file for the issues and check does it contains any error, if it is fine for you, can you share the wgmgrd.log file ?
