Since yesterday after login to the webmail the mail template is showing different, I have attached the screen shot.
however, if the same user is logged in with the cluster server through webmail is showing correctly.
I have checked the template of the mail file, it is correct template
Domino server version is 12.0.2FP5 HF13
Notes client version is 12.0.2FP5
anyone can guide to resolve this issue

It does not seem to be the iNotes user interface.
I am not sure what the cause is, but please check if Forms9.nsf exists in the data\iNotes directory.

Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that the interface does not resemble the standard iNotes layout. To address this issue, please try replacing the mail template on the affected server by executing the following command and see the situation if it improves.
load convert -u mail\username.nsf * mail12.ntf
This command will update the mail file to use the correct template and may help to resolve the display issue.
