HCL Leap: REST API returning error message

Dear Community,

We are still using v9.2.1, and are in the process of upgrading to a much later version. So I apologise for bringing an old version problem to the community, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

We are experiencing a couple of problems with just one of our applications and these are:

1 - Unable to Export the application with submitted data (270 entries), okay to export if submitted data excluded.

2 – Unable to connect via a REST API from the form, the REST API for the metadata returns data okay.

We receive the following error message for both issues.

*“An error has occurred in processing your request. The error message is displayed below.

We are unable to process your request. If this error persists, report the problem to your administrator and provide error reference: 2ab687b3-47ea-4a43-9a4d-b14e0a83733e”*

I am just a form admin so I only see Use / Manage options.

We have increased the Java Heap Space from 1024MB to 4096MB and now are able to export the application with responses and the API is returning data via Power BI.
