HCL Leap 9.3.12 is now available

HCL Leap 9.3.12 is now available with several new features, changes and bug fixes. Update your deployment now!

New Features

  • Added the config property dataImportTransactionSize

    • When importing an application with data, this property will cause Leap to save after the specified number of records are processed.
    • Example: ibm.nitro.NitroConfig.dataImportTransactionSize=1000
  • Added support for IBM DB2 v12

  • Added a new endpoint to decommission a user

  • Added hasvalue as a valid filter for apps as a service services.

  • Added additional options to preserve existing content when upgrading an application

  • New options have been added to change how the upgrade procedure modifies the existing application.

    • Preserve existing application name - The application name is not updated.

    • Preserve existing application description - The application description is not updated.

    • Preserve existing role members

      Members in existing roles (in the existing application) are not changed
      
      Any new roles in the upgrade app are added to the existing app, along with their corresponding members.
      
      Any roles removed in the upgrade app are also removed from the existing app.
      
      Any new roles added to the existing app after the export, and not present in the upgrade file, are removed.
      
  • Added the new javaScript functions, getAppDescription and getDBId

Other Changes

  • Importing an application with data no longer loads all data into memory. The application data is now streamed and processed one entry at a time.

  • Images included in a RichText item are now physically attached when the content is included in the body of an email submit activity.

  • Improved the layout of the Files section of the Events page

  • The password item has been deprecated and removed from the product
