HCL Digital Experience 8.5 and 9 versions
- Update to Digital Experience V9.5 via CF update – Platform managers can update to DX version 9.5 along with the latest CF update process. In the next CF release, CF221, this option will be enabled by default, with the option to disable by re-setting a config variable.

Digital Experience 9.5 Container Version
- DX K8s Deployments Container resource management - Administrators can now adjust the Helm values for CPU and Memory resources beyond the minimal values defined, in accordance with the Kubernetes Resource Management for Pods and Containers guidance.
- API access to functions of New search configuration using OpenSearch - Administrators and developers can begin to work with select functions of a new search configuration for DX that is based on OpenSearch. This search currently provides access to WCM crawling, pushing API for use with WCM Content Sources, and searching using REST API.
- DX K8s Deployments export User session usage in CSV format. Platform managers can now export user session usage data across specified time periods in CSV format.
- Digital Asset Management - Access control for nested collections - Access control for nested collections, and options to manage, modify and traverse levels are enabled in DAM
- Digital Asset Management - PostgreSQL version upgrade - The PostgreSQL version in the persistence node is upgraded from version 11 to version 16.
- Pre-requisites and recommended actions for upgrading a Helm deployment – Administrators can plan upgrades more effectively with updated guidance
- New performance sizing guidance for rendering with maximum throughput on a single node – This information presents the important KPIs and how adjustments to the pod configuration can make significant improvements in the responsiveness of the system.
