Problem/Query:
A user has changed the colors of calendar entries in the Notes configuration. However the standard colors continue to be used. The user configured colors were previously correctly applied but suddenly reverted to the standard colors.
This same problem previously occurred and I solved it be re configuring the Notes client. The settings in the notes.ini file are now correct.
What can be done to solve this problem? Are changed calendar color entries written to the notes.ini file?
Thank you very much for our reply. The problem relates to entries which the user herself creates in her own calendar, not to entries which are sent to the calendar by other users.
Please check the settings in Preference => Calendar & ToDo => Colors => Calendar Entry colors option in below screenshot to set colors for invites created by customer herself.
The affected user had previously applied Calendar Entry Colors and is currently experiencing the issue.
It appears that there may be a problem with the CalendarProfile and CalColorProfile documents stored in the user’s mail database.
In such cases, removing these profile documents may resolve the issue.
Important: Make sure to back up the affected database before proceeding.
Then, follow the steps in the article to select and remove the CalendarProfile and CalColorProfile documents.
