GotoPos method

I cannot use the method GoToPos as the Designer keeps reporting the error : Not a member: GOTOPOS.

This is the code I use to test :

Sub Initialize

Dim nav As NotesViewNavigator

Call nav.gotoPos( "1", "." )

End Sub

I’ve same issue on 7.0.2 & 6.5.5

The only workaround I could find is to declare nav as Variant but then is crashes at run time.

Is this a known issue ?

Are you uing it in COM or LotusScript?

From Notes 6 help (not sure if they would have changed it in 7).

Note This method is supported in COM only.

Thanks for your help, it’s my mistake, I didn’t see the method was available for COM only. I wonder why.
