I need to create a global address book that can be used in Exchange & Domino. Right now I have 600 Domino users and about another 300 Exchange users in several different Exchange environments throughout the world. I manage only the Notes environment, but need to be able to sync up all of the environments address books so that each environment has an up-to-date record of all users worldwide. Any ideas on how best to do this?

In my company there is a Microsoft tool called MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server) which builts the metadirectory through several import / export agents. I cannot tell you more details because I am not the administrator, but it is a very well known software.
