it takes a very long time to create new mail folders when i am sending an email and choose to ‘create folder’ for the new email.
i think this problem is because i have a very large number of mail folders (hundreds). many of these folders are empty as the documents they originally contained have expired or been archived.
is there an easy way to write a notes function, macro, etc. to find and remove the empty folders from my notes database to help with this problem? i can remove folders manually, but it would be very tedious and take a long time (it also is very slow to remove a folder, likely due to the same issue).
