Maybe I’ve a clue. Eventhough I don’t know what Haiku means in Domino, this word appears in the begining of every iNotes pages

So, I suppose your problem is related to an iNotes issue

possibly address lookups from inotes?

fairly easy to test, but it may crash your server if it’s right.
