Galaxy A70 network issues after update to Android 10

Hello team!

Is anyone else having network issues after updating from Android 9 to Android 10? Some users have been reporting connection drops while using our Kony app on Android 10 😥

and I see this seems to be a problem with Android 10 OS itself and not kony app .

Lot of other people are facing connectivity issues after upgrading to Android 10 &

These links you provided and others found with the same google search seems to be related to issues that makes the device lose all connectivity or that it can't connect to wifi and/or mobile data connection at all.

In our case, users are reporting that they test our app in more than one wifi network and on mobile network, and also that the problem occurs only on our app. Even on our app, on the same session, the same request fails and works randomly. Users reports that the only change was the Android version update from 9 to 10. Before that everything was working with the same app version.

So it seems to be a different problem.

We are facing the same issue, did you get any additional details around this? Did you get this fixed.
