Hi All,

Our client wants to change their employee names into different format(example: raj to raj-01). I’ve update all the document in all the application databases which will take long time .

Can anyone suggest or have an idea how to deal this ?

If anyone might come across this kind of situation can you explain how did you handle this…

Note : I tried using ACL–Acess-- Administration Server → Modify Readers & Authors but I dont know why it is not working

any suggestion on the above part is welcome

Subject: Rename the user in Domino directory

You can rename a user with the Administration Process by choosing People - Rename from the tools pane of the Domino Administrator.
