Some of the changes in this update are -:

  1. Add ability to create an Incident ( Ticket ) for a Device that you created in the Configuration database and a Stub device document is created in the Service Desk ( HUB ) database.

  2. The devices in the Configuration database ( Device ) now have the facility to be set as “Head Office only” - that is not in production to ‘Hide’ devices that are being configured.

If you have downloaded the oz ERM suite previously we urge you to download and install this update as it is now much easier to configure.
