We are proud to announce that we have released an updated version 1.7 of our very popular Freeware Suite oz ERM - Entity Relationship Manager.

Some of the changes in this update are -:

  1. Add ability to create an Incident ( Ticket ) for the software installed on a PC created in the Configuration database and a Stub device document is created in the Service Desk ( HUB ) database.

  2. All the bubble help ‘literals’ of the options on the action bar are now user defineable for the HUB ( Service Desk ), Entities and Configuration Manager ( Device ) databases.

  3. Contacts now have the ability to be in a ‘Group/s’ not a Address Book group, you can also analyse the contacts to determine which groups a contact/s is not a member of.

  4. Added the facility to ‘Audit’ a servers databases.

If you have downloaded the oz ERM suite previously we urge you to download and install this update as it is now much easier to configure.
