The Foundry Log Collector Tool is a new utility to assist with gathering diagnostic data. Using this tool, you can gather all relevant log files from your Foundry installation when HCL Volt MX support requests log files.
The Foundry Log Collector Tool is now live on MHS (My HCLSoftware), and can be downloaded from the Volt MX Utilities page.
