I am experiencing a problem with users forwarding attachments and the recipient not being able to open them and the attachment has the properties of being a picture or an image and will not open. I am able to send and open the attachments when I am in their mail file and send to myself but no luck otherwise. I worked with an IBM technician for quite some time, but concluded with having exausted all of his suggestions/options. Yes, it does work when I detach then create a new memo. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This is a known bug that is fixed in 6.5.4. Happens mostly on XP (from my experience).
