Good day
in our enviroment there are some mailbox shared between many users, every user had a personal mailbox but in the same time is configured in the ACL of mailbox as Editor with all check flagged.
Now, one user can be use only the shared mailbox and not his own, i remove all permission from his mailbox and all working ok, but when he try to forward something from the shared mailbox a popup inform that the user cannot do this action.
Doing some test, when someone forward an email from shared mailbox the memo was created using the user stationery… it’s possibile to change this? It’s possible to use always the shared mailbox internet address in every From or Sender fields?
Many thanks and Best Regards

Subject: Forward from shared mailbox
When you forward e-mails, the mail file used to forward them is the on that’s defined in the current location document for the user.

Just so you know, Notes is operating as designed.
Per the previous post, you need to change the actual mail file and mail server listed in the current location doc to match the mail file and server of the shared mailbox, not the email address. Users would have to change it back to use their own mail again as OOO and checking for new mail won’t like having the wrong mail file and server.
An easier way is to just tell your folks to reply and then just re-address the message, and don’t use FWD in the shared mailbox.
That way your people don’t have to rememebr to switch back
and forth between location docs each time they want to use their mail or use the shared mailbox.
